If in-person classes are more your style, I also teach several classes at gyms and fitness clubs around the area. I teach studio row, sculpt, core focused and yoga at Saugatuck Rowing Club. At Equinox I teach several cardio classes, pilates classes and yoga classes. I also teach Pilates at Saraswati's Yoga Joint, where you don't need a membership to attend. In person classes mean you'll get more specialized, more focused attention and real-time help. Just remember to mention my name when you join one of the gyms.
